TAMMY ELLENS
Admissions Representative

Tammy originally started at Specs Howard School as the High School Representative. She has worked with kids most of her life, so it was a natural fit for her to work in education. She now spends her time enrolling students in the Specs program, and what she enjoys the most about her job is her daily interaction with people. Outside of work, Tammy is very involved with her boat club, and also enjoys playing darts. In fact, her dart team at the Swan Boat club won the championship more than once! Tammy also enjoys reality TV and movies. What students are surprised to learn about Tammy is that she taught weightlifting classes for six years. Now Tammy spends her time “pumping up” prospective students by helping them achieve their dreams.

What would students be surprised to know about you? I taught weightlifting classes at a gym for 6 years.

Why do you turn on the radio? I'm a flipper

What do you think is the coolest job behind the scenes? Directing

What do you think of reality TV? I love it!!! Sad but true!
